Collot is the name of the owner.
We presume it is Owari because 20 years ago it was the only kind we could find in France. It has survived very hard colds, gives big crops and the fruits are delicious. I join photos.
It gives about 200kg of fruits each year and has been cutted down several times because it grows too high. The fruits are ripe in October (on the picture).
The Satsuma de Prades is an other one, found in the town of Prades in the pyrenean mountaines. Very old and very cold hardy.
